Delete your Intentra account.
You can delete your Intentra account at any time, from the app or by email. Sign-in is not required to read these steps.
From the app
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the App (Settings → Account → Delete Account).
Without the app
Alternatively, you may email us at support@intentra.com.
What is deleted
Account deletion removes your Intentra account and the personal data tied to it from our servers. That includes your health and wellness data, meal plans, training plans, body measurements, AI reports, and favourites.
If other people still belong to a household or chat group you were in, ownership of that household or group is transferred to a remaining member; if nobody remains, it is removed. A grocery list that belongs only to you is removed. Items you added to a household list that other people still use stay with that household.
Local data on your device can be removed by uninstalling the App.
What is retained
Where you have made a purchase, we retain billing and transaction records (such as receipts and payment confirmations) for as long as required by applicable tax and financial record-keeping law, generally up to seven years, even after account deletion. These records do not include your health or wellness data.
